All transactions are concluded directly between the parties involved.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. You must conduct your own due diligence before entering into any investment or business transaction. PretoriaRegister is not registered as a Financial Services Provider under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS). For regulated financial advice, consult a licensed FSP.
PretoriaRegister makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of listing information, the solvency of any party, investment returns, or the success of any transaction. Listings are provided as-is, based on information supplied by users.
You are responsible for: verifying the identity and credentials of parties you transact with; conducting independent legal, financial, and property due diligence; engaging qualified attorneys, accountants, or conveyancers for formal transactions; complying with all applicable South African law.
PretoriaRegister reserves the right to remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or in breach of these terms, without notice.
All new accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. PretoriaRegister may decline or revoke any account at its discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the South African courts.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
